Product Overview Sorbitol Solution 70% — also called liquid sorbitol or sorbitol syrup — is a clear, colourless, syrupy polyol (sugar alcohol) supplied at a minimum 70% dry substance. It is a bulk sweetener used across the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
